This letter intends to inform you that we would like to have your catering service for upcoming Workshop for Division of Our Accounting. Which is to be held on 16th February, 2017 until 18th February, 2017 (for 200 employees) at the Bali Sands Hall in Kuta.

We are so happy if you inform the facilities and services available in your catering, the theme for our workshop is “European Food and Beverage” so we need your menu of appetizer, main course, dessert, and coffee break. For drinks we need some bottles of wine and mineral water.

For the total cost, you can give price list of food and beverages to us. As we keep hosting several events throughout the year, we often need a good service company that can manage our needs and we would be pleased to offer you our yearly contract once we are satisfied with your services at this event.

I am writing this letter for confirm your requesting service letter. For catering order of your workshop, we agreed to your request.

If you want to using our services on the place and the date you have specified, We understand your company would like to reserve our catering facilities. As your request we will provide, five different menu of European cuisine. Consists of appetizer, main course, dessert, and coffee break. For the wine we will give you another list so you can choose what kind of wine we should provide.
